Lucia Corrà

Lucia Corrà is a PhD student at the Department of Chemistry, Materials and Chemical Engineering 'Giulio Natta' at Politecnico di Milano, Italy. Her research focuses on the development of sensor-based systems for inline process monitoring in the food industry, with particular interest in electronic nose technology and VOCs analysis. The present work was carried out in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging (Freising, Germany), where she is currently a visiting researcher.
